admissions information

The Montessori Elementary at Highland Park (MEHP) student application opens November 15th! MEHP will admit students based on a first come, first served basis. Completing the application and submitting the required supplemental documentation within the priority application period ensures your place in line. If we receive more completed application packets than the number of open student seats available for the current school year, we will initiate a lottery as mandated by the state of Tennessee.

‍For the 2024-2025 school year, we will accept applications for students that will attend PreK and Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Kindergarten Age Requirement: Children entering kindergarten must be five (5) years of age on or before August 15th of each school year.

SCHOOL TOURS

During the priority enrollment period, we will be offering school tours on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tours in the morning will be limited in number to minimize disruption and available to parents/guardians only, but prospective students are welcome (with their parents/guardians) during the evening. Tours will last approximately 30 minutes. The dates for the tours are as follows:
